Love hurts.
Am I saying something that you are not aware of?No Not at all. Then how come more and more people get hurt coz of love. When Love is supposed to be a good feeling based on the good side of a human, how come we get hurt by the very same feeling?
Well if you had agreed completely on my first statement then you could not be more wrong.Love doesnt hurt...Love doesnt!! Only the feelings associated with Love hurt us.Jealousy and Possesiveness are likely feelings that could crush you like a rock and take your beloved away from you.
How come Posessiveness and Jealousy come into picture now?Well mans constant need or rather greed for more lands him in trouble soon or later. He gets jealous when someone else is vying for his lady love's attention. Why should he feel jealous?Isnt he feeling secured at all?Could there be any be any better reason for him to feel J?
If he feels insecure at the cost of some one who is less releavant in his scene of love, cant we say that his love is really not worth it.Why go through pain and misery for no reason in this case?
Once a guy starts feeling insecure the wise thing for him to do is clear his issues with his beloved,
rather than letting it cloud him and lose trust gradually..
You might say "Hey we just can't blame his girl completely !! What about the guy? Isnt he overreacting?"
Well you actually have a point here. This is possible too.He could be simply overreacting and blow up little misgivings.
Love should not be ruled. To love and not expect it in return is wise.
Swami Vivekanandha's story on true love illustrates this beautifully.
' I once had a friend who grew to be very close to me. Once when we were sitting at the edge of a swimming pool, she filled the palm of her hand with some water and held it before me, and said this:
"You see this water carefully contained on my hand? It symbolizes Love."
This was how I saw it: As long as you keep your hand caring-ly open and allow it to remain there, it will always be there. However, if you attempt to close your fingers round it and try to posses it, it will spill through the first cracks it finds. '
